Your satisfaction as a member of the FSBOAT community is our top priority.
Membership Satisfaction Guarantee
We guarantee you will be satisfied with your FSBOAT membership. If you're not, just let us know within 90 days, and you will receive a full refund.
It's simple. For the first 30 days we guarantee you a full, "no hassle" refund of your FSBOAT Membership. If you don't feel we are delivering on our promise of (1) providing access to quality, verified boat listings, (2) guiding you through the boat selling process with our user-friendly platform built for boat sellers and buyers to reach their goals, and (3) elevating your experience in finding and ultimately buying or selling your vessel, we will gladly refund you.
FSBOAT is above all else a community of passionate boating enthusiasts who sell and buy boats, as well as mariners who enjoy sharing their knowledge and their love for the water. Building a genuine network of and meaningful relationships between boaters is extremely rewarding, and that's our main focus for members like you. We value your feedback and encourage all of our members to send us their suggestions.
Memberships can be canceled and refunded as desired according to our Membership Satisfaction Guarantee. To cancel your current membership and receive a refund within 30 days of activation, please submit your request here.
Listing Services & Third-Party Services
FSBOAT listing services and external services such as escrow services and media services are provided to users of the FSBOAT service on a no-refund basis.
Once you complete the checkout for your listing services, your vessel will be listed and promoted on the FSBOAT platform and on third-party listing sites and affiliate networks as relevant. If you select external services, you will receive further instruction from the relevant party to guide your next steps for the chosen service.
All payments are final and non-refundable. While we cannot offer refunds for our listing services, we are committed to your satisfaction and success. If you need assistance with your listing or have concerns about our services, please contact the FSBOAT support team.
